Returns & Warranty

To return an item, contact us at returns@edolcpcs.co.uk.

We will provide you with an RMA number which you should copy onto on a piece of paper and include inside the package.

14 Day Returns

Consumers have the right to request a refund up to 14 days after the receipt of goods for any reason provided the item is in its original condition. This does not apply to custom orders.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary.

30 Day Returns

Consumers have the right to request a replacement, repair or refund if goods are faulty within 30 days of purchase.

Inspections

All returns will be inspected by our technicians once received. Any item returned after 14 days that is found not to be faulty or if found to be have been damaged by you will have the return rejected and the shipping costs charged to you.

Packaging

Items are to be returned in suitable, preferably original, packaging. Any damage caused by insufficient packaging, will have the return rejected or deductions made to the refund amount.

Return postage

For change of mind returns, consumers are responsible for the shipping of goods. It is recommended that customers ensure the shipping service covers the cost of the goods in case of damage or loss.

For faulty returns, we will provide a shipping label or arrange for the collection of goods.

Warranty

New PCs come with 3 years warranty for both parts and labour.

Once we receive the PC, we aim to diagnose and fix the issue within 5 working days.

If a component is found to be faulty, cannot be repaired and the replacement takes longer than 7 days to arrive, we will provide a courtesy replacement for your use until the replacement can be provided.

Business Orders

The above terms only apply to consumer orders. Business terms can be found on completion of a completed business account.
